Breeder
Terms.

1. Application and approval

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or publication. Dawg Drops may review, edit, decline, pause or remove a breeder profile or listing at its discretion. During the founding MVP, listing may be offered without a fee; this does not create a right to future free listing.

2. Your authority

You confirm that you are the breeder, owner or authorised representative entitled to submit the dog, litter, kennel information, photographs and other materials you provide, and that you have authority to agree to these terms.

3. Accuracy of information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate, current and not misleading, including breed, parentage, pedigree, health testing, age, sex, location, availability, price, registration, photographs and any claims about temperament or suitability.

You must promptly tell Dawg Drops if availability, price, health status or any material listing information changes.

4. Welfare, breeding and legal compliance

You remain solely responsible for the health and welfare of your dogs and puppies, responsible breeding decisions, veterinary care, required health testing, licences or registrations, buyer assessment, contracts, deposits and payments, transport, export/import documentation, aftercare and compliance with all laws and professional or breed-body requirements that apply to you.

5. Suitability and placement

Dawg Drops may make introductions or present a listing to prospective owners, but you retain responsibility for assessing whether a prospective owner and home are suitable. You are free to refuse an enquiry or placement.

6. Photographs and content licence

You confirm that you own or have permission to use the photographs, videos, text, kennel marks and other materials you submit. You grant Dawg Drops a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, crop, resize, edit for style and clarity, reproduce and display those materials for operating, promoting and marketing Dawg Drops and the relevant listing or breeder profile.

You may ask us to stop using future promotional uses of your content, subject to reasonable time to remove it from active channels and to any lawful archival or record-keeping needs.

7. Editorial presentation

Dawg Drops may edit supplied text for length, house style, clarity and consistency, provided we do not intentionally change the substance of factual claims. We may group litter puppies into individual discovery cards or otherwise present submitted information in the format we consider appropriate for the platform.

8. Enquiries

Buyer enquiries may be reviewed by Dawg Drops before being forwarded to you. We do not guarantee the identity, seriousness, financial capacity or suitability of any enquirer. You must carry out your own checks before progressing with a prospective owner.

9. Transactions

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, any sale, reservation, deposit, payment, refund, contract or dispute is between you and the buyer. Dawg Drops is not responsible for collecting payment, enforcing contracts or resolving breeder-buyer disputes.

10. Removal and suspension

We may suspend or remove content where information appears inaccurate, outdated or misleading; where we have welfare, legal, fraud or reputational concerns; where required by law; or where continued inclusion would be inconsistent with the purpose of Dawg Drops.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dawg Drops is not liable for a buyer's conduct, failed placements, non-payment, transport issues, veterinary outcomes, disputes, or losses arising from breeder-supplied information or agreements entered into directly between breeder and buyer.

12. Privacy

We process breeder contact and submission information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information you approve for publication may be displayed publicly. Private contact information will not be intentionally published unless you ask us to do so.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights that apply in another jurisdiction.
