1. What Dawg Drops is

Dawg Drops is a discovery and introduction platform. We curate and present information about dogs and litters made available by independent breeders and may help prospective owners identify listings that appear relevant to their preferences.

We are not the breeder, seller, owner, veterinary adviser, transport provider or agent for either party. Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, Dawg Drops is not a party to any sale, reservation, deposit, contract or other agreement between a breeder and a prospective owner.

2. No guarantee or recommendation

Any curation, match, recommendation, editorial description or other information provided by Dawg Drops is guidance only. It is not a guarantee that a particular dog, breed or breeder will be suitable for you, your household or your circumstances.

Dogs are living animals and temperament, development, health and behaviour cannot be guaranteed by Dawg Drops. Listing information may change and availability is always subject to breeder confirmation.

3. Your responsibility as a prospective owner

You are responsible for carrying out your own checks before proceeding with any breeder or dog. This includes assessing suitability, speaking directly with the breeder, reviewing health and pedigree documentation where relevant, understanding ongoing care requirements, confirming legal import or ownership requirements, and obtaining independent veterinary or professional advice where appropriate.

You are responsible for your final decision to reserve, buy, collect, import or otherwise take ownership of a dog.

4. Independent breeders

Breeders using Dawg Drops are independent. They remain responsible for their dogs, breeding practices, welfare decisions, listing accuracy, suitability assessments, contracts, deposits and payments, transport arrangements, aftercare and compliance with applicable laws and licensing requirements.

Our decision to feature, review or verify aspects of a breeder or listing does not amount to a warranty, endorsement or certification of every statement they make.

5. Enquiries and introductions

When you submit an enquiry, we may review it and pass relevant information to the breeder connected with that listing. A breeder is free to accept, decline or ask further questions. Sending an enquiry creates no obligation on Dawg Drops or the breeder to offer you a dog.

6. Prices, deposits and payments

Any price shown is indicative unless expressly confirmed by the breeder. Currency, tax, transport, insurance, veterinary, import and other costs may be additional. Unless Dawg Drops expressly offers a payment service in writing, payments are arranged directly between breeder and buyer and we do not hold or guarantee deposits or purchase funds.

7. Content and availability

We try to keep listings current, but we do not guarantee that every dog remains available or that all information is complete, error-free or up to date. We may edit, suspend or remove listings, breeder profiles or site content at any time.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, submit false or misleading information, attempt to scrape or reproduce our listings at scale, interfere with the site, impersonate another person, or use Dawg Drops for unlawful, abusive or fraudulent activity.

9. Intellectual property

The Dawg Drops name, visual identity, site design, editorial presentation and original text are protected by intellectual property rights. Breeder and dog photographs remain subject to the rights of their respective owners and are displayed under permission or licence. You may use the site for personal discovery only unless we agree otherwise in writing.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dawg Drops is not responsible for losses arising from a breeder's acts or omissions, inaccurate breeder-supplied information, the health, behaviour, temperament, pedigree, fertility or suitability of a dog, transport or import arrangements, disputes between buyer and breeder, or a decision made on the basis of an editorial match or recommendation.

Where you use Dawg Drops as a consumer, these terms do not affect rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

11. Privacy

We process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By submitting an enquiry, you understand that relevant details may be shared with the breeder connected with the dog you are asking about.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Dawg Drops develops. The version published on the site at the time of your use will apply to that use. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also benefit from mandatory protections and rights in your home jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded.
